A perfect fit for families.  With just the right amount of seclusion, this well-appointed cottage features two bedrooms (each with one queen bed).  The living room includes a hide-a-bed and a queen Murphy bed as well as a gas fireplace.  The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, oven four-burner range and dishwasher.  If you prefer, take your meal outside to the full size wrap around deck which includes a gas grill, table and chairs.  

**All rooms have mini-refrigerator, remote control TV, Free HBO.

RESERVATION, DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS

Deposits

  • A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required, unless it is during a period when a two night minimum stay is required, then the required deposit is two night's lodging.

  • The deposit may be paid with any major credit card.
  • A Check or money order may be used as payment, but the deposit must be received within 14 days after the reservation is made.
  • reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival must be secured with a credit card.
  • Reservations without a deposit will be automatically cancelled.
  • Cancellation deadline is not later than 3:00pm seven days prior to arrival, and is strictly enforced.  Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made past cancellation deadline.

Deposit refund Policy
Guests who have paid an advance deposit and subsequently cancel prior to the cancellation deadline will receive a full refund.  When cancellation is made, a unique cancellation number will be issued.  Please retain the cancellation number for any inquiries regarding your cancellation and as proof of your cancellation.  No adjustments will be made without this number.

Sorry – no personal checks will be accepted less than fourteen days prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: Rooms 101, 102 and 103 allow pets at an additional $25 per pet/ per night charge, there is also a $100 damage deposit required (refundable)
